  • I typically recommend sending the Save the Dates 24 weeks (6 months) before the date of your wedding/event. This is especially important for destination weddings or many out of town guests!

  • I typically recommend sending the invites 9 weeks (1.5 months) before the date of your wedding/event.

  • This covers any overhead costs for workspace set up, ink or material testing, design draft, and correspondence.

  • Escort cards:

    - Are placed on a table near the entrance

    - Contain the table number and guest name (and sometimes dietary needs)

    - Seating at the table is up to the guests

    Name cards:

    - Are placed at the assigned seats at the tables

    - Contain just the name (and sometimes dietary needs)

    You can opt for a Seating Chart instead!

  • Focus on items that can be kept, reused or recycled. For instance, renting a mirror for your welcome sign or purchasing a custom piece of art that you’ll keep for years reduces the waste of the event.
